What is three sides of phase four?
Marvel Cinematic Universe is expanding vastly in two to three sides for phase 4. These sides are Multiverse side, Cosmic Side, and Street Side.
1) Multiverse Side
Multiverse side was started from Loki. Loki TV - series opens the door for multiverse for the MCU, and its effect was clearly seen in Spider-man: No Way Home. Upcoming marvel movie Multiverse of Madness will explore it more deeply and maybe second season of Loki also make a big role in exploring multiverse side.
According to some rumors Phase 4 badass would be Kang the Conqueror, who is the master of Multiverse. We have already seen his variant in Loki finale "he who remains". Kang the Conqueror is going to be a villain of Ant-man: Qunatumania.
2) Cosmic Side
Marvel has also started its focus on cosmic side. Eternals has already opened up the door of cosmic side. In future Thor: Love and Thunder, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, and The Marvels upcoming Captain Marvel movie would be exploring this side.
These movies is already confirmed that they will be interconnected to each others. Guardians of the galaxy team confirms in Thor: Love and Thunder and Thor is also been rumored for Guardians of the galaxy vol3. Recently leak shows that valkyrie is also been show up in The Marvels.
3) Street Side
Marvel is also focusing on its street characters and many are recently introduced for example, Daredevil, Echo and Kingpin.
Maybe in future more Netflix characters and teams like Dark Avengers, Defender's will also be introduced in future. Young Avengers is already been setup and few more teams will also alien and explore street sides of Marvel Cinematic Universe

Spider-man: No Way Home is already setup-ed two sides of Marvel Cinematic Universe, for example cameo of Daredevil opened the door of Street Side, Doctor Strange in no way home opens the door of Multiverse.
